Angel network member for 6+ months, two or more unlisted investments in 2 years, worked in private equity, or directed a company with 1M+ turnover.

Certified high net worth individual

Annual income of 100,000+ GBP, or net assets of 250,000+ GBP, excluding primary residence, pensions and insurance.

Institutional funder

A credit institution, investment firm, authorised financial institution, collective investment scheme, pension fund, or other institutional body.
